WEEDSPORT, NY (February 28, 2020) – Weedsport Speedway is excited to officially kick off the racing season with the 2020 edition of the Syracuse Motorsports Expo inside the Center of Progress building on the New York State Fairgrounds on March 14-15.
The annual racing expo will feature tracks, sanctions and racers from across the region, including Weedsport Speedway and Kartway as part of its Saturday/Sunday format.
“The tradition of the Syracuse Motorsports Expo is alive and well and all of us at Weedsport cannot think of a better way to get the season started each year,” said Weedsport Promoter, Jimmy Phelps. “We will again have a full presence all weekend long with Weedsport Speedway, Weedsport Kartway, Weedsport Productions, Off Track TV LIVE and The Gearbox on site.”
Fans will be able to pick-up 2020 schedules for both the Speedway and Kartway, while also taking advantage of Gearbox merchandise specials through the weekend.
Weedsport Kartway membership forms will also be available for competitors.
On Saturday, March 14 at Noon, Off Track TV LIVE will once again hit the air for fans in attendance, but also via Facebook LIVE on the Weedsport Productions Facebook page.
Hosts Shane Andrews and Dan Kapuscinski will bring you all the news and events from the dirt track racing world and the Expo, featuring several special guests to be announced.

The Weedsport booth will be buzzing with activity all weekend long with fans getting the opportunity to get up close and personal with several racing machines, including the ESS Sprint Car of Kelly Hebing.
