WEEDSPORT, NY (April 14, 2022) – By implementing Kart Pass technology, Weedsport Kartway will streamline the sign-in process for teams and attendees at the pit gate starting in 2022, helping get participants into the pits quickly and efficiently, even at its largest events.
To use Kart Pass, download the app, create a profile, register and purchase passes for Weedsport Kartway events, signing all waivers electronically. At the track, simply proceed to the Kart Pass Priority Line, show your mobile pit pass, and get an armband.
“Pit Pay has become a proven entity in our business that provides an efficient, electronic way to manage our pit pass sales and more,” said Joe Skotnicki, General Manager of Weedsport Speedway. “Pit Pay’s sister app, Kart Pass, will help us manage registrations and pit pass sales for the Kartway as we get our 2022 season underway.”
“We are thrilled to have Weedsport Kartway join the Kart Pass team this season,” said Frank Bolter, founder of Pit Pay, Inc. “We are passionate about improving the experience for both competitors and event attendees. Kart Pass implements a seamless electronic waiver signature and payment system for registration and pit entry.”
Utilizing Kart Pass is not mandatory for drivers and teams; however it will be the sole means for online pre-registration in 2022. Pre-Registration can also be handled over the phone, with a credit card, by calling (315) 834-3067.
Standard day of registration and pit passes will also be available as normal at the pit window, utilizing cash or cards. Keep in mind, day of registration will see a $10 increase in fees.
For the time being, Kart Pass does not allow bulk purchasing for event registration. To alleviate this, several “bundles” have been created on the registration page. There 2-day and single day registrations available, as well as several combinations including PRO events. Take time to select the proper “bundle” that you will be competing in through the weekend when going through registration.
When utilizing Kart Pass, ID Verification is required in order to sign all waivers electronically.

In 2018, Weedsport introduced the all-new Weedsport Kartway, just outside of the Speedway’s main pit area, to begin to foster the next generation of racers, crew members and race fans. Couple the racing with state-of-the-art camping and track amenities, unmatched on-site television production capabilities, plus the ability for large scale concert productions and Weedsport is one of the marquee entertainment venues in the country.
