WEEDSPORT, NY (February 10, 2023) – Weedsport Kartway’s 2022 top point earners will be recognized during the annual Syracuse Motorsports Expo taking place inside the Center of Progress Building on the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY on Saturday, March 11, beginning at 1 p.m.
Those competing in the kartway’s Thursday Night Thunder program and the Slack Karts Super Kart Series will be recognized and receive their championship awards, including leather jackets for Super Kart Series champions.
Those receiving awards will be notified via email and will receive a Buy One, Get One Free voucher for admittance into the show. ID verification will be required at the door in order to redeem the show voucher. Vouchers will only be accepted on Saturday, March 11.
The Syracuse Motorsports Expo will take place on March 11 and March 12 featuring several speedway displays, race cars, safety equipment suppliers, novelty items and much more. Adult admission is $13, with two-day admission set at $20. Kids ages 6-12 will be admitted for only $5 with those 5 and under, free.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 11 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on March 12.
Weedsport Kartway’s 2023 season will kick off on April 29-30 with the running of the Slack Karts Super Kart Series ‘Spring Meltdown’.
