FX Caprara Car Companies returns as the official pace car provider for Weedsport Speedway and will lead the field to green during this Sunday’s Ice Breaker 50 at The Port.

Weedsport Speedway’s 2018 season will open in star studded fashion on Sunday, May 20 as some of the best drivers in the world of Big Block Modified racing are set to converge on The Port for the Ice Breaker 50 presented by WACK 1420AM.

More than 20 dirt track racing machines took to Weedsport Speedway on Sunday afternoon in preparation for the 2018 season.

Fan, racers and partners from around the region have marked Weedsport Speedway’s Hall of Fame Weekend on their calendars, with Senior Services Inc. the latest to join the partner lineup on July 28-29.

WEEDSPORT, NY (May 2, 2018) – With Weedsport Speedway’s season opening Ice Breaker 50 just weeks away for the DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds on Sunday, May 20, Weedsport officials are proud to welcome back Ferris Mowers as a key partner for the 2018 racing season.

The sights, sounds and smells of racing season will officially hit Weedsport Speedway on Sunday, May 6 for The Port’s annual test and tune session, beginning at 2 p.m.

The 5th annual Weedsport Speedway Sportsman Classic, presented by Industrial Tire of CNY and powered by Stirling Lubricants, will take place on Tuesday, July 3 with $2,500 on the line for the winner in a 75-lap feature format featuring the DIRTcar Sportsman Series.

Weedsport Speedway’s Labor Day Double Play on Monday, September 3 will actually feature three divisions of racing with the Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modifieds, the ESS Sprint Cars and the DIRTcar Pro Stocks, all presented by Lane’s Yamaha of Watkins Glen.

Ace Village Hardware has partnered with Weedsport Speedway for the upcoming 2018 racing season.
