First of Two Super DIRTcar Weedsport Broadcasts to Air Thursday Night
WEEDSPORT, NY (August 3, 2017) – Weedsport Speedway’s Super DIRTcar Series Big Block Modified Hall of Fame 100 will air nationally on SPEED SPORT and MAVTV tonight at 7 & 10 p.m. ET.
The one-hour broadcast will feature some of the best in Big Block Modified racing, dueling at the flagship station of northeast Modified racing for the right to take home a cool $10,000 winner’s check.
Shane Andrews, the longtime voice of northeast Modified racing, will host the broadcast with former dirt and asphalt racer Dan Kapuscinski joining Andrews in the booth with color commentary.
Rich Vleck will handle pit road duties for the show, the first of two Big Block Modified broadcasts from The Port in 2017.
SPEED SPORT and Weedsport Productions will produce two more broadcasts from Weedsport Speedway this season including both legs of the Labor Day Double Play with the Super DIRTcar Series Big Blocks and the ESS Sprints.
