The 2025 season will draw to its conclusion on October 17-19 with Octoberfest Weekend. Early hauler parking and another open practice will take place on October 17. All seven points classes will then contend each race day, with track championships on the line, along with several PRO events also in action across both days. The weekend’s main event will be the $3,000 to win Octoberfest 50 on Sunday, October 19.
The always popular James Shutts Memorial will take over the Kartway on September 14. PRO Clone Super Heavy will be the featured division in September, running for $1,222 to win, while PRO Clone 375 will also battle for $1,000. The Kartway’s seven points divisions will also be in action, along with PRO Green, Purple and Blue.
Weedsport’s Cavalcade Cup will draw the 2025 season to a close on Saturday, September 6, as the Super DIRTcar Series Modifieds end a stretch of four events at The Port. The annual DIRTcar Sportsman Classic 75 will run in conjunction with the Super DIRTcar Series, providing one of the biggest purses of the season for the DIRTcar Sportsman Series.
Summer will be near its completion with August’s Short Port Shootout at the Kartway. Drivers will look to position themselves in the race for the championship in all seven points classes, while PRO events will again take place for Green, Purple, Blue and Clone 375.
SummerFAST is set to make its return to Weedsport Speedway in 2025! Growing from three nights, to four, the Super DIRTcar Series Modifieds will open this exciting stretch of races at The Port on Sunday, August 17. This $7,500 to win special will be the third of four stops on the season for the Super DIRTcar Series to Weedsport, and will kick-off a lucrative week of action for the best Modified racers in the country.
The Empire State Challenge finale will play host to the NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws Sprint Cars as they once again visit Weedsport for their only event in the state of New York this season. Don’t miss your chance to see Outlaws stars David Gravel, Donny Schatz, Carson Macedo and more as they take on The Port alongside Weedsport’s own DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds on Sunday, July 27.
Weedsport Speedway’s Empire State Challenge Weekend will provide CNY race fans with the ultimate one-two punch of Modified and Sprint Car action, kicking off with the $10,000 to win Super DIRTcar Series Hall of Fame 100 on Saturday, July 26. Saturday night’s three division schedule will also see the return of the CRSA 305 Sprint Cars and the Empire Street Stocks.
The Summer Nationals will be featured in mid-summer, as PRO Clone 375 will again compete for a $1,000 pay day. All seven points classes will continue their battle along with PRO Green, Purple and Blue.
A full week of ESS Sprint Car action in Central New York will conclude on Sunday, July 6 with the ESS Speedweek Finale at Weedsport Speedway. The only stop of the year for the ESS Sprinters will be paired with the ultra competitive DIRTcar 358 Modified Series and another visit by the Hoosier 600 Sprint Tour.
School will be out of session when Weedsport returns to action for the popular Pencils Down Showdown. The track championship race will continue for the Kartway’s seven points classes while PRO racers will also battle in Green, Purple, Blue and Clone 375.
